Manchester United winger set to go on loan to Feyenoord

Manchester United’s Amad Diallo is close to making a loan move to Feyenoord this summer transfer window, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano

It is said that the loan deal is currently in the final stages, with the Red Devils having accepted the proposal from the Dutch outfit.

The 19-year-old joined United in January from Atalanta but has managed to make only eight senior appearances so far.

He was also not included in the squad for the two Premier League matches against Leeds United and Southampton.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side have brought in Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund this summer, while they also recently confirmed the signing of Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus.

Seeing the Norwegian boss has plenty of good options at his disposal this campaign, Amad’s first-team opportunities don’t look great at Old Trafford.

So, he is now heading to the Netherlands in search of regular football action.

Manchester United made a perfect start to the 2021-22 Premier League season by thrashing Leeds United 5-1 in the opening match.

However, they failed to grab full points at Southampton despite boasting plenty of quality players in their ranks.

The Red Devils will now lock horns with Wolverhampton Wanderers who have lost both their opening two league matches so far.
