According to a report from Sky Sports, Serge Aurier would consider joining Arsenal after terminating his deal at Tottenham Hotspur.
The 28-year-old left the north London outfit on Tuesday after mutually agreeing to end his contract.
He is said to be keen to stay in England, with a move to the Gunners a possibility for the right-back.
Spurs tried their best to find the Ivorian footballer a new club in the summer transfer window.
However, there wasn’t any suitable offer for the player and he ended up leaving the London side after ending his deal.
His contact at the club was set to expire next summer, having signed a five-year deal in 2017.
Signing for Arsenal would make Aurier one of the few players to have played for both the two Premier League outfits who share a history of a great rivalry.
The 28-year-old joined Spurs from Paris Saint-Germain in 2017 in a deal worth around £23 million.
He clocked up 77 Premier League appearances for Tottenham, with five goals to his name.
The right-back also featured in 16 Champions League matches during his time at the club, earning a goal and four assists in the process (stats from Transfermarkt).
